Alligare, LLC, the global leader in post-patent vegetation management solutions, has partnered with Studio/D to handle its brand communications. The Alabama-based Alligare develops and distributes herbicides for clients in aquatic, forestry, range/pastureland, roadway, utility/pipeline, and railroad markets. Studio/D, located in St. Louis, is a full-service brand communications agency with extensive experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, advertising and public relations.
“Alligare is taking steps to help expand the vegetation management market potential for end users and developers, and Studio/D will be an important partner in reaching these audiences,” said Ian Loar, director of marketing for Alligare. “We appreciate the agency’s deep experience in all aspects of digital and traditional marketing and know they are a good fit for Alligare.”
Studio/D will work on behalf of Alligare in the areas of branding, advertising, public relations, content marketing and social media.
“We’ve immersed ourselves into the Alligare mindset, approach and objectives, and are ready to make a real difference for our client in generating awareness and impacting sales,” said Rich Meyer, partner and chief creative officer at Studio/D.
Studio/D was started in 2013 by long-time advertising executive Scott Dieckgraefe, and primarily focuses on mid-sized business-to-business clients. The agency recently merged with Swell Advertising, which was established in 2004 by Rich Meyer and had a similar client base.
Dieckgraefe said the agency has capitalized billings of $4 million and has grown by 31 percent in the last year. Dieckgraefe is president and managing partner of Studio/D.
Other Studio/D clients include: Unico, Inc.; Ohlendorf Dental Appliance Laboratory; Cambridge Engineering; Jim Butler Auto Group; KRJ Architects; SIOR Foundation; Saint Louis County Department of Health; and Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard, P.C.
